One of the most memorable experiences for NASCAR fans is seeing the stars of the sport up close on race day. Fans attending this weekend’s EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix at Circuit of The Americas (COTA) will have plenty of opportunities to catch their favorite drivers for a picture, autograph or even a fist-bump.
Here’s a daily outlook of where your favorite drivers will be during NASCAR at COTA:
FRIDAY, FEB. 28
2:45 p.m. | NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) driver William Sawalich will take part in a Q&A session at the Toyota Gazoo Racing Experience in the Fan Zone.
3 p.m. | NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) driver Kyle Busch will be at a Rebel Bourbon Bottle Signing event at Spec’s (4970 W US Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78735).
4 p.m. | NCS driver Austin Cindric will be signing autographs at Discount Tire (1607 Nelms Drive, Austin, TX 78744).
SATURDAY, MARCH 1
10:45 a.m. | NXS drivers Sawalich, Brandon Jones and Taylor Gray will be conducting a Q&A session at the EchoPark Automotive Experience Stage in the Fan Zone.
11:30 a.m. | NXS driver Jones will take part in a Q&A session at the Toyota Gazoo Racing Experience in the Fan Zone.
4:30 p.m. | NCS driver Todd Gilliland will be helping to kick off the Live Auction to benefit Speedway Children’s Charities at the EchoPark Automotive Experience Stage in the Fan Zone.
6-10 p.m. | NCS drivers Noah Gragson and Ty Dillon will join the Roaming Camper Party featuring The Flying Ivories Dueling Pianos to have some fun with campers in Lot N (Gragson at 6:15 p.m.) and Lot H (Dillon at 8 p.m.).
SUNDAY, MARCH 2
10:40 a.m. | NCS driver Alex Bowman will be signing autographs at the Hendrick Motorsports Merchandise Trailer in the Fan Zone.
10:45 a.m. | NCS driver Ryan Blaney will be judging a dance battle between Boogie Storm and Funkanometry at the EchoPark Automotive Experience Stage in the Fan Zone.
10:45 a.m. | NCS driver Chris Buescher will be having some fun at the Swifty Swine Pig Race on the Soccer Field.
11 a.m. – 12 p.m. | NCS drivers Michael McDowell (11 a.m.), Riley Herbst (11:15 a.m.), Ross Chastain (11:30 a.m.), Shane van Gisbergen (11:30 a.m.) and Denny Hamlin (11:45 a.m.) will join Kenny Wallace, John Roberts and Jose Castillo for Trackside Live at the EchoPark Automotive Experience Stage in the Fan Zone.
11:15 a.m. | NCS driver Tyler Reddick will be taking part in a Q&A session at the Toyota Gazoo Racing Experience in the Fan Zone.
11:45 a.m. | NCS driver Bubba Wallace will be conducting a Q&A session at the Toyota Gazoo Racing Merchandise Hauler in the Fan Zone.
11:50 a.m. | NCS driver Ty Gibbs will be part of a Q&A session at the Toyota Gazoo Racing Experience in the Fan Zone.
12 p.m. | NASCAR Legends Michael Waltrip and Kyle Petty will do a Q&A session at the Speedway Experience powered by EchoPark Automotive Stage in the Fan Zone.
12-12:40 p.m. | NCS drivers Chase Briscoe (12 p.m.), Chase Elliott (12:15 p.m.) and Justin Haley (12:30 p.m.) will take part in a Q&A session at the Pre-Race Stage on the frontstretch for fans with an Ultimate Fan Pass or Track Pass before the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix NCS race.
